I have had a wonderful stay at Spring Harbor 2+ years now. The present staff is very helpful with any problems or request. Also rents are very afforadable.

The current management team of Spring Harbor Apartments performs very little upkeep of the property. Their are more interested in repainting the buildings (which are not in need) then repairing the facilities which are a part of the rental agreement. Spring Harbor's management team has closed the pool for the majority of the summer and has no date of repair. Rather than replacing the broken pump, the management would prefer to increase the equity by applying a cheap coat of paint. I am very disappointed with the current management of this property. I intend to pursue "Breach of Contract" action against this business.
