Hello,
The reason that I am rating this dealership so highly lies solely on the actions of one employee; Patrick. At one point, I was literally kicking myself for coming to this dealership, as I normally drive out of my way to Mullinax (a hour drive - one way!), but Patrick revealed to me that customer service had not been entirely lost here at Prestige Ford. This manager went out his way to remedy the issues I was having and I left this dealership knowing he did his very best to provide me with the upmost customer service. I have thanked him personally but would like any recognition this review allows to him to be exemplified.

Purchased my certified pre-owned 2012 Ford Fusion there and the experience was excellent !!!
tryed taking me for 4 grand on a ford raptor does not sell at msrp save your money an go somewhere else
I would like to start out by saying that the only reason I gave this 4 stars is that the paperwork print is very small and difficult to read but... other than that I loved my experience with this dealership. First I was greeted by a very nice man named Kevin who was very kind and a considerate salesman (no high pressure) Kevin let me drive as many trucks as I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Once I decided on the truck I negotiated a fair but satisfying amount with Mike. Right after that Johnathan drew up my paperwork and went over everything line by line. I took home the paperwork to sleep on my decision and felt comfortable to return the next day for finalizing the sale. (I also bought the premium warranty which Is extra Insurance for my peace of mind) So with all I can say my experience was near perfect and I got the truck that I always wanted and saved for!

THIS PLACE SUCKS! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL! & VERY SHADY! I work at a dealrship so I know what to expect, but this was horrible. Drove very far to buy the car then once there they up-ed the price then lowered it then highered it back & forth. Would not provide any kind of warranty on the vehicle not even a 24 hour warranty to know at least I could make it home without the car breaking down. Then after telling us we could buy it they called some1 else to come in & buy it. Obviously they know THEY SELL CRAP! I noticed a few things wrong with the car but was still willing to buy it but since the other people didn't know anything was wrong with it they screwed them out of a lot more money then they would have gotten from me. So the long drive & the 5 hours there with the back & forth were a complete waste of time. Would never recomend this oversized parking lot to anyone, it's basiclly a buy here pay here. The lot is huge but only has a few cars & there is only a couple salesmen.
