Christian Home and Bible School, located in Mount Dora, Fla., is a private school that offers educational and extracurricular programs to students in grades kindergarten through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 800 students and offers subjects, such as language arts, mathematics, computer studies, social studies, science, music, art, and health and physical education. The elementary students start their journey to academic and social and spiritual development when they enter the Harden Early Childhood Center. The center is a nationally recognized model for preschools throughout the United States. The school also organizes a variety of special events, such as trips to the fire station, Veteran s Day parade, caroling at the gazebo and Grandparents Day program.
