Great customer service!! Had a stranded vehicle abandoned by another towing service and called Ruehles. Although they didn't have a truck to dispatch, Mike put me on hold and attempted to contact another towing services to help. Went above and beyond. If I ever need a towing service in the future, Ruehles will be my first choice. Thanks Mike! :)

The police had my car towed because it was parked on the side of the road but not on the grass of my friends house. When I went to pick up my car 8 hours later I found that the Ruehle's employees broke into my car and stole my wallet which had $250, my license, and a lot of other important information inside. It was extremely easy to tell that my window and door was tampered with along with the inside of my car, they took no responsibility although the man I spoke with acted like he was on drugs and could hardly answer any questions. I had to call the police right away but they couldnt do anything, they had no security footage available and it is apparent theyre employees are theives.

I had an issue Christmas day with my wife car.

The car wouldn start as the key wouldn't turn.

I called Ruehle's towing and with in 15 minutes they were at our location and to my amazement they tapped the key with a hammer and the car started right up.

I also think at a time when they could have easily charged me more money for a trouble call.
