No stars for this company. We were told a 30-45min wait. So we waited 45mins to an hour and called back. Same guy who I spoke with on three occasions before I okay'd a truck to come he told me I had the wrong Phone number and that they were located in Pontiac! I called the tow company who referred us to you and verified the phone number of your company and it was confirmed! This place is a sham and rip off. Wanted to charge us $50 to be towed 5 blocks away! On top of that whoever you are you lied and had us wait over na hour and no one ever showed. You were dead wrong for that. I will never refer your company to anybody! Ever! And we will be calling the BBB.

Absolutely the best towing service I've ever called price was $20-$40 less than the nearest competitor came out with a flatbed truck driver was very professional courteous and kind and even tried to get me to laugh a little I will gladly refer these guys to my friends and family in the Driver asked me to like him on Facebook and I will

I will never call you never towing company again this is the best commute ever called they gave me a perfect price everyone else was about $40 more they were on time on point and driver soon very knowledgeable about what he was doing

Got to me when they said they would price was right only had to go 4 5 miles called around other companies told me 100+ Driver knew what he was doing and seemed like a standup guy.

Allways Towing were at my location in about 30 minutes. They did a great job taking care of my bike. Hope to not need a wrecking service again. But if I do, it will be that company again. Thank you guys!

My car got broke in the middle of the road and I had to call someone to come and pick it up. These guys did a perfect job!!! They came really quick and trqnsported my car to the auto service without any damages. You are really one excellent towing service!!!!

Was given a promise time of 30 mins or less, didn't arrive till almost an hr. The odor inside the truck from gas fumes gave me a headache. Truck was extremely old, and felt very unsafe. Would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Do yourself a favor and take that scrapper truck off the road, before you hurt someone.

The towing service was excellent and so welcomed. I can only say after I first saw his running lights I felt safe and knew we were in good hands. This was also the first time I have ever had to use Allways Towing.

On Saturday my Volvo broke down on the road to Warren, MI. The trooper came out to help us and insisted on calling a tow truck. Your driver arrived shortly thereafter and took care of everything. I wanted to write this letter to thank you for his outstanding service. He was not only pleasant and polite but also efficient and quick. I would appreciate it if you could thank him for me.

I couldn't ask for a better company that versus me I will refer them to all my friends and family extremely satisfied I called around and other companies were tell me over $100 they were between $30-$70 cheaper than everyone else and they came out real tow truck

Excellent service, professional. The driver was respectful and called in to let me know my truck was at it's destination.I highly recommend this company!
There service was excellent.They showed up before they said they could be there and they were very respectfull and professional about the job they did. They also gave me a courtesy call to let me know that my car was dropped off and made it to its destanation safely.
