Dr Siddharth Jani is a board certified Internal Medicine physician practicing in Mount Carmel and Wabash county since 1984. Internal Medicine physicians or Internists are specialist who apply scientific knowledge and clinical expertise to diagnose and treat complex illnesses in adults. Dr Jani is also board certified in Geriatrics Medicine with expertise in treating chronic illnesses. Dr Jani is joined by Physician Assistant Alicia Kinsolving to provide compassionate care to patients. Alicia has special interest in Women' health, Diabetes education and Preventive care.
