From day one, My account has been over charged, late fees added before the first procedure was performed. Payments have been made regularly. Payments did not show up on bill, I had to show them where I paid before they showed up on My statement as paid. Paid 300 cash, lost My receipt, and they do not show that one, I am eating that. I suggest you find another place, they do good work, but the headaches from the kindergarteners doing the billing in raleigh is making Us wish We had gone somewhere else. Payments showing on ledger, but amount never changes.
