  Our 2021 Dry Rosé is a blend of Nebbiolo and Montepulciano grapes. We craft it using the traditional Saignée method, allowing the juice and skins to soak together for a brief 24-48 hours, creating this light Italian style Rosé.

  "Our 3 dogs"…...named for Quake, Phoebe, and Romeo! This wine has a beautiful dark color, complex fruit, oak, and pepper aromas. 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 20% Petit Verdot.

  The Italian grape made famous by Barolos. We are one of only two in NC that grow this special high-tannin grape. Aged forever to let it mellow out!

  Traditionally a "rustic red", this vintage is oak-forward with moderate tannins. Notes of anise and tobacco on the finish.

• '19 Elevation 1310Glass: $8.00Bottle: $29.00
  1310 is the elevation of our crushpad & winery! Our boldest blend, it marries 25% each of Tannat, Petit Verdot, Cab Sauvignon, and Merlot. Smooth yet tannic, with dark fruits, oak, and a bit of smokiness. Gold Medal, 2021 NC State Wines. Silver medal, NC Fine Wines.
