DO NOT RENT HERE!! The place is insect infested and the people that run this place are horrible. The maintenance man Henry is absolutely horrible. Never wants to do his job and tries to blame you when the band aid that's been placed on any particular problem (pretty much everything) fails yet again. The management is HORRIBLE. Its perfectly fine for the cops to be here twice a week and for people to be OD ing in the parking lot. But don't you dare park a motorcycle in this place without a tag. There are holes in the balconies that have been there for years. But if you park in the wrong common area parking spot for 10 minutes you can bet you'll have a bright orange sticker on your window. Courtesy of the nut job maintenance that wears the same white and grey camo pants everyday of the year. Seriously, buy a tent and live at a camp ground before you move here. Hope this helps someone from making the same mistake we made. By the way didn't see this till I was done. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

too many problems with the owners. I have never been late on a check and never recieved my security deposit like i was supposed to after a year. I lost my job and one month I couldnt come up with the payment, so I called and asked if they can use my deposit for that month sisnce i never got it back anyway. They said it would be ok to do that but the next week I have a note on my door with a court date on it asking for 3 months worth of payments. luckily i have all the copies of checks... and i will fight this. DONT RENT FROM THEM!!!! The only good thing is that the lady i talked to named wilma is a sweetheart. but the owners are out of money and are doing this to alot of their occupants.
