      A local favorite of mine but at present is suffering from poor management.

      NOT ENOUGH CREW TO MAINTAIN CUSTOMER DEMAND ON ALL SHIFTS. SHIFT MANAGER FROM DAYS LEAVES AND DOESN'T MAKE SURE THAT NEXT SHIFT HAS ALL IT NEEDS TO PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE. NO MANAGER ON NIGHT CREW. DAY CREW NOT COMPLETING ALL TASKS SO NEXT SHIFT IS READY TO GO. CUSTOMERS SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY VERBALLY ABUSE WORKERS AND THROW THEIR FOOD AT THEM. AVERAGE AGE OF WORKER ON EVENING SHIFT IS 19. FREQUENTLY THERE IS ONLY 3 TO FOUR CREW MEMBERS WORKING ON EVENING SHIFT. LOTS OF DISATISFIED CUSTOMERS IS THE BOTTOM LINE AND UNHAPPY WORKERS AS WELL.
