We just love these guys, we're in a much better place both with price and pickup consistency.

We have had excellent service from B & B since 1992 until 2012. Even though we have paid our bill, they have not picked up our trash for over 2 weeks. We called, left a message (they never answer the phone). Two days later we received a return call saying they didn't know and would send someone out. No one ever came. Now it's over 2 weeks and our trash is still sitting there. I called again, and left a message. For some reason, they are no longer dependable.

We have received excellent service from B & B Trash Service since 1992 until this past year when they failed to pick up our trash at least twice. Now it's been 12 days since our last trash pick up. Recently we were billed a higher amount than what we owed. When I called to inquire about it, I received an apology and was told the bill was an error.
We have used B&B Trash service at our Monrovia property since 1993 and have no complaints whatsoever. They have always gone the 'extra mile' to accomodate us.

We have had B & B Trash Service since we moved to Ijamsville 33 years ago. They have been fantastic for all these years. We have never had a desire to change service for any reason. Price is good and service is consistently excellent.
B&B Trash Service offers excellent service with great prices. They always do a very nice job, no mess. The staff at B&B are great to deal with.
