I have been a customer here since the place opened. My wife and I have breakfast or dinner here at least twice a week. Walked in today (7/14/09) and there was one lady at a table to the left of the entrance; other than her the place was empty. The hostess (a little young lady with a terrible disposition) was standing at the register. She looked at us then turned and walked away. We stood their for about 3 minutes, then I said this was ridiculous and we left. I always tip 20% and have patronized the place quite often, but after today, I won't be going back.
