      Seasons Home Watch provides turn-key home inspection services. Whenever your home is vacant for an extended period of time, Seasons Home Watch is the premier choice to monitor your property. Whether you're heading south for the winter, traveling for business, or away on an extended vacation, our insured, bonded professionals are here to conduct thorough reviews of your property - inside and out. With Seasons Home Watch, you choose how frequently your property is serviced. We offer bi-monthly, weekly, and bi-weekly inspection plans that are tailored for you. And we work with you to develop a comprehensive list of inspection points and service items to be covered during every home visit. After each visit, you will receive a same day inspection report by e-mail. If we encounter any surprises, we include pictures. Basic Outside Inspection Includes: Walk around the home looking for damage, including missing siding or downspouts that aren’t attached to the gutter system. Ensure that all storage sheds are secured. Ensure that driveway has been plowed and sidewalks have been shoveled. Ensure that the lawn has been mowed. Look for trees or bushes that are down. Ensure that garbage cans and recycling bins are properly stored. Start and run automobiles. Bring in the mail. Pick up any litter of stray items. Basic Internal Inspection Includes: Ensure that all doors and windows are locked. Flush toilets and run faucets. Ensure that the house temperature is at an acceptable level. Visual check for plumbing leaks and water damage on ceilings and windows. Ensure that the sump pump is working. Ensure that no water is collecting around the water softener or sump pump. Change furnace filters each quarter. Check and reset any tripped circuits. Monitor refrigerators and freezers. Water plants. You’ll have more time to live your life. Whether you need to have work done on your property while you’re away or you just want to return home to a stocked refrigerator, we also offer a large range of concierge services. Our team can even coordinate access to property for insurance agents, contractors, repairman, and cleaning services. We are locally owned, insured and bonded. In addition, we are the only member of the National Home Watch Association in the state of Minnesota.
