Reviews
It is unfortunate that I must rate the pharmacy so poorly because I actually LOVE the rest of the Riteaid store. While the main part of the store is well kept and manned my helpful, courteous management and staff, the pharmacy employees are often discourteous-- even to the point of being downright rude. In addition, there have been many times when I was told a prescription would be ready by a certain time, and have come back to find out (hours later) that they do not even have that prescription in stock and I will have to wait a whole day (or more) to get it. Or, it has happened that I go to pick up a prescription and find out that they did not fill the prescription because my insurance does not cover that drug. In my opinion, if there is a problem with a prescription, the pharmacy staff should let the client know right away-- not hours later when they are supposed to be picking up the medication. Also, courtesy goes a long way. This pharmacy has lost my family's business. :-(
