If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would! The manager (Debbie Vela) and the district manager only care about money and not satisfaction.

I went in on 3/30 and had blond highlights done. I went home that night and saw the highlights didn't reach to my scalp, I had major bleeds from the foils and my highlights were uneven. I went back 3/31 for a refund and Debbie told me that my scalp was dyed. Lies. I showed her photos and she told me to go sit at her chair. She acknowledged the mistake and said she would fix it. Okay. I went home that night and I had 1x1 inch bleach squares in my hair. She didn't fix the highlights that didn't reach my roots. There was no way I was going to let her touch my hair for a third time. I booked an appointment somewhere else for 4/4 because that was the only opening I could get. I went back to Perfect Look on 4/4 for my refund. Debbie told me that she couldn't give me a refund but the district manager could. She took down my information and I never heard anything. I called the DM on 4/9. He called me back on 4/10 and said that he would not give me a refund because I went somewhere else. I told him what happened and that I had before and after pictures. He didn't want to see them. I told him that I was going to go to the BBB and he said "Okay, have a nice day" and hung up on me.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and Perfect Looks response was an utter fabrication. They said that all I wanted was more highlights and that I didn't come in for a week before I asked for those. They said I tipped Debbie $25.00. I still have my receipt that proves they are a bunch of liars. I sent in the receipt, the photos, everything. They're pretending it didn't happen.

Finally, I reached out to Debbie on Facebook to appeal to her humane side. It turns out she doesn't have one. I explained to her that she knows she is lying and that she screwed me over. She even BLEACHED the back of my shirt that I was wearing. She ignored and blocked me.

Convenient, quick, not to pricey and a great staff!

Two years ago, a friend and I went to this place and got our hair cut. Turned out really great. A month ago I went back but the ladies who had once worked there were gone. My hair was very long, since I hadn't had it cut for 2 yrs. The new girl hacked my hair so bad! She didn't do it the way I wanted it at all. I've let it grow out some but it's still so short. And now I'm trying to get enough courage to go have somebody else fix it. I've always had long hair. I'm 45 now and have hair so short and no style to it at all, because of the many layers, it would be better to go to a barber so he can give me a buzz cut! I just want to cry! ����

I told my best friend about this salon a few years ago when she wanted to get an a- line haircut, she told the stylist that she wanted an extra long a-line to her shoulders but the stylist cut it down to the middle of her neck, and also did a really bad job with the hair cut over all. Lat week I needed a hair asap but for all the good salons you needed an appointment and all I wanted was two layers, iv been growing y hair out for about four years and it was getting really long, but it was basically all the same length and I didnt like it like that so i wanted to but two layers in it so i didnt care if i went to a bad salon because layers are practically impossible to mess up on, i went to hair school for a while i would know, but this stylist did the immppossible and ruined my hair, she razored my bangs when i asked her not to and i told her a specific way to do it and she still did it wrong, then she made my first layer really thick and its hideous, I have to get a short pixie bob now, four years of growing my hair, for nothing. So dont go to perfect look in ML please, for your sake.
