We take our beloved cat Teddy to Dr. Ferrett. Teddy was playing with one of his battery operated mice and got it stuck to his fur all the way to his skin. We called Dr. Ferrett's office on a Sunday night, left a voice mail message and got a call back within 15 minutes. He told us he would meet us down at his office. He shaved the toy off of Teddy and we were out the door in 5 minutes. He is a very caring veterinarian.

Very knowledgeable doctor with a pretty efficient staff.

We moved to area 3 years ago, my husband cancer survivor.We are busy running a business and our cat of 16 years started to act sickly. I knew it would not be a good result so I postponed going to my vet iin the Poconos.Finally on a Sat.morning she did not act right stopped eating and I knew it was time.I knew I could not take her all the way to the Poconos so I called Countryside. They fit me in.Of couse it was the result I was dreading . I explained to them when they told me they thought it was cancer we could not handle it They were very very kind to us and our cat .It was our first time as patients and we had to have our cat put to sleep not pleasant for anyone involved.We would reccomend this Vet to any-one and I have told people in the Poconos it is worth the extra 15-25 minute drive for the care you recieve.God Bless the staff at Countryside.

The employees there were not people friendly. They were very rude to my son and myself. They treated my cat fairly well though.
