Blessed Sacrament Parish offers various programs and services, providing Christian education, and emphasizes on the study of the Bible. The church offers worship services and children s church and Sunday school programs. It has ministries for music, education, children, youth and adults. Its finance committee provides financial counseling to individuals and couples facing financial hardships. The church has formed various organizations, including Blessed Friends, Commission on Education, Communications Committee, Elizabeth Ministry, and the Knights of Columbus, which is a Catholic fraternal family service organization. Its bereavement committee assists parishioners through the grieving process by offering support consisting of home visits, personal correspondence, and by connecting grieving families with various public health resources in the local community.
