Had the same bad experience on 2 different occaisions. Called ahead on a Sunday morning. Talked to someone who said "no problem, we have open bowling available all day. Drove 20 minutes to get there, only to find that they had a tournament going on and there was no open bowling. This happened twice. I went somewhere else. Haven't been back since the second time it happened. I tell all of my friends about what happens there. The shame of it all is that both times it was the same "crabby" guy behind the counter who didn't seem to care if I bowled or not. If it's my business, I care about my customers and if my employees are treating customers that way, they can't work there anymore. It's just not good business.

Not very friendly at all, Older man down right mean, came in for open bowl after going on website was told there were leagues and no lanes. Brought the page from website in with the rates and hours for bowling nowhere on the site does it say leagues on Sunday after 3. Man says the websites wrong too bad and acted as if we were dumb for not knowing. Do not recommend at all unless you want to be abused.

this is a favorite of mine because the people are so nice. everyone seems to want to help everyone and they are real friendly.
