Founded in 1929, b. Stromberg Construction Co. is a custom homebuilder on Chicago's North Shore. The services offered by the company include general contracting, design build construction, construction management and construction engineering. It performs both negotiated and competitive bid construction projects throughout the Chicago area. The company has completed a variety of construction projects in the area that includes large school additions in Hinsdale, Dundee, Lombard, new clubhouse at the Seven Bridges Golf Course in Woodridge, new control room and major remodeling at the Federal Aviation Administration's Air Traffic Control Center in Aurora, remodeling at Exmoor Country Club in Highland Park, new steam plant on the roof of Loyola University, new field houses at Dundee Crown High School and the Schaumburg YMCA and renovation of Peabody Mansion and Loyola's Piper Hall. The company is headquartered in Morton Grove, Ill.
