The Morrow Fire Department provides a variety of fire safety and prevention programs to the general public. It offers life, property and environment protection services. The department additionally provides fire intervention, public education and safety awareness programs. It offers fire suppression, hazardous material decontamination, emergency medical and rescue services. The department provides fire inspection and investigation services for residential and commercial properties. In addition, it offers safety tips and information on fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, electrical appliances and alarm systems. The department coordinates the Community Emergency Response Team training program. The Morrow Fire Department is a part of the government of the City of Morrow in Georgia, which also operates police, public works and communication departments.
