Horrible ! Radarius the manager is rude mean and has a horrible attitude. He is not the kind of person that should be working in retail around people.

Horrible!! Had a recent very unpleasant experience there..my mother in law bought a pair of Air Force ones for her son on Sunday before Memorial Day to come home to two right foot shoes!! We went back to get an exchange on Tuesday after the holiday, got the shoes exchanged and then we were called back to the store as we were leaving just to be embarrassed and accused of putting two right foot shoes in there ourselves. The manager requested we give them the receipt and the shoes they exchanged to us back and of course I said no! My mother in law speaks no English and her son is a minor. The manager went on saying he checked the security cameras and that they had given us a left and a right at the time of purchase etc etc. my mother in law then requested a police officer to be called for the scam champs was trying to run! Th mall cop went back with the manager to view the cameras for about 15 mins then came back with a grin on his face.. He asked us to head towards the entrance of the store and then asked who bought the shoes and I told him my mother in law bought them for her son. And he asks to speak with her son in private!!! Keep in mind he is A MINOR! Of course my mother in law refused to let that happen without our presence and he kept insisting to speak withy him in private!!! He had to be out of his right mind to even request such thing!!! As we kept refusing and asking for a real police officer he said we had to leave the mall immediately and escorted us out as if we had committed a crime!! WE DID NOTHING WRONG AND THAT HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE MOST EMBARRASSING DAYS OF MY LIFE! I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN A CHAMPS STORE AGAIN THANKS TO THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR NEGLIGENCE TO DO THEIR JOB!!!
