VIP Training and Strength Sport is a local favorite in the Bucks County area and are known by most to be a playground for competitors in strength and agility sports. Training is having a plan, using mathematics and biomechanics to yield maximum results. My staff is highly skilled and trained to utilize my own training protocol: Volume, Intensity, and Power.
