VIP Training and Strength Sport is a local favorite in the Bucks County area and are known by most to be a playground for competitors in strength and agility sports. VIP has the proper equipment that other facilities don’t have. Here are some of the things you can find at VIP: * Monolift * Pro Glute Ham Raise * Supreme Reverse Hyper * Deadlift Platform * Olympic Platform * Pro Competition Bench * Several Suspension Systems * Strongman Equipment and Implements * Power Racks * Battle Ropes * Chains and Bands * Pro Hyper * Pro Dumbbells up to 150 lbs. * Various Olympic Barbells * Kettlebells * The Grappler In addition to the proper equipment, training involves more than just doing sets and reps and various exercises. Training is having a plan, using mathematics and biomechanics to yield maximum results. My staff is highly skilled and trained to utilize my own training protocol: Volume, Intensity, and Power.
