We have been trying to get a hold of Doc for weeks now as he was working on our hot tub and had to remove the board and send it back to the company for reset and we still do not have it back. We went to his store and it was everything was gone from the store. We just want our hot tub board back so that someone else can fix it. please!

Non-responsive after a dozen calls, waited 2 weeks for a report and once received it (after threatening BBB) was sub-par. Never again

Great family run business. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be getting all my poos supplies at Doc's
