You know that there is something wrong with a business when there is never anyone in there, including help.On two recent occasions at differing times, the premises were empty, once with two associates, the other with no-one visible when we entered.Even simple men's haircuts were slapdash, my own hair was cut without my preference as to the style of cut being ascertained and without it being washed. My son's was washed but we are still bedating if there was any rationale behind the form that resulted.The people there are friendly and nice but really for a personal service such as hair styling etc, you really do need a bit more than just niceness.The next time, we are driving to Cary instead.
