Just awful. I have been going here for over 20 years. In the last couple of years the quality of work has just become dreadful. If you have just any ordinary bird droppings or gummy substance on your car (nomatter how minor) they will not even make an attempt to remove it. Instead they will try to get you to use their detail service. I actually did this recently and when the car was done the gummy stuff was still there ! Then they told me I need to have the car compounded and waxed. Instead I went home and used turtle wax bug and tar remover. In less than 15 minutes the car was clean.
