I must say that I was very pleased with the service and personal attention given to me at McDonald Auto Body. As is the case with many customers, I had a bad experience and needed my vehicle back promptly. It appears to me that McDonald Auto Body is not in the business of fixing cars...they are in the business of helping people, who are in stressful situations because of vehicle problems. So, I thank Lauren and Chris for their attention to my needs, and while I was waiting it was evident that all customers got the same caring treatment. Help the person first, and then as efficiently as possible fix the vehicle problem. Thank you all.

Horrible!!! Don't go here, why take the chance? I was in a car accident and referred here. They were 3 weeks over on time estimate, left parts in my car, the repair it self was a disaster! messed up my paint job and blew my dash so later that night I had to drive in the dark with no wipers in a snow storm! I'm still fixing issues with my car a year later.

Thy dont have the same body guys thy use to have now the work is very poor meslers give better quality

brought my car in on Monday for scheduled repair was told it would take 5 days. they called to give me an update on day 3, then called on day 4 to say the work was done, who could believe ahead of schedule these days. Not only was the repair work perfect the car was detailed better then if I had done it myself !!! From beginning to end outstanding service and would recommend this body shop to anyone !!!

My insurance company notified me that my vehicle was totaled based on the damage but when they went to get my vehicle McDonald's Auto Body had done 80% of the work - UNAUTHORIZED WORK!! The insurance company had no choice at that point but to pay for the vehicle to be repaired. I am informed the legal department of my insurance company is looking into potential suit as they had no authorization whatsoever to begin work on the vehicle. The level of customer service is extremely lacking as well. Charlie who is apparently the shop manager is rude and very short. They obviously are trying to pad their pockets but if your looking for honesty DO NOT go here!
