The nurses and home aids are very good. I can't say the same about the office personnel who are in charge of scheduling the aides. The never call to let me know that an aid will not make it. They seem to be very disorganized in the office. My friend, who has multiple sclerosis, has been left without a visiting home health aid way too many times. They seem to be way over their heads on this. They need a better office organization and more efficient people in the office. The aides themselves have expressed that the office personnel do not communicate with them . I have heard about other patients having the same problems. j.M.
