- Dental CareOral disease is one of the most common yet most treatable and preventable ailments our pets face. Tartar build-up, chewing habits, traumatic injury and many other causes often lead to development of oral disease that, if left unchecked or untreated, can develop into serious deterioration of your pets teeth and health, ultimately lowering quality of life. Our animal dentistry program assesses the condition of your pets teeth and oral cavity, cleans away debris and tartar build-up, and treats problematic areas of deterioration. We recommend an oral evaluation at least once per year, often coinciding with a general wellness evaluation.
- VaccinationOur Wellness and Vaccination programs aim to prevent disease and prolong the lives of your pets. These programs are designed with the understanding that prevention of disease is often easier than treatment of a developed disease, as well as much less costly. While avoidance of every ailment in the life of a pet is nearly impossible, our Wellness and Vaccination programs greatly increase the likelihood of prevention or early diagnosis of common veterinary diseases.

- Comprehensive ExaminationHeart disease is a serious life-threatening condition that, like most ailments, has a better prognosis the earlier it is detected. Although most common in older pets, heart problems can affect pets of any age and lifestyle. Like many other diseases, heart problems may persist without any obvious physical evidence, often going undetected until it is too late. However, many heart problems can be identified with trained physical examination and diagnostic procedures including EKGs, radiographs, and ultrasound. In addition we maintain a close working relationship with local veterinary cardiologists for consultation if necessary.
- Parasites Treatment and ControlOne of the most common conditions seen in companion animal medicine, flea and tick treatment and prevention is not only essential for your pet, but for your home and family as well. These parasites not only cause irritation and discomfort to your pet, but are also capable of transmitting disease to animals and humans alike. Luckily, as common as flea and tick problems are, they are relatively easy to treat and prevent. We offer a range of preventative products and parasite control information, as well as effective treatments should exposure to these parasites occur.

- Skin Condition and Allergy TreatmentSkin disease is yet another common ailment experienced by many companion animals and can often result in extreme discomfort for your pet. Although it can occur independent of other ailments, skin disease is often secondary to an underlying primary condition, and is thus very useful as diagnostic evidence in exploring the overall health of your pet. Therefore, a dermatological assessment can not only address obvious skin disorders, but may also provide a road map to detecting and treating less obvious (but potentially more serious) health concerns.
