My name is Julissa Salgado, and I am the proud owner of Vida Holistic Wellness Studio, LLC. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 21 years of patient care, I have been fortunate to work with a variety of people who are my partners along our journey to physical, mental and spiritual well-being. They are also the reason I do what I do!Beyond my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT), as well as a Pilates Rehabilitation instructor under Polestar. I have completed pelvic floor rehabilitation courses under Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Registered Yoga School (RYS)-200 Yoga Alliance Instructor with Yogi Anatomy, and 95-hour Certified Childrens Yoga Teacher (CCYT), studied with Flow and Grow kids. Postnatal Yoga teacher certification.I am an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and registered member with the Yoga Alliance. These areas of education and professionalism help me to holistically fulfill the unique needs of all my patients so they can live life to the fullestin mind, body, and spirit.
