I frequently shop at various Costco stores through out NJ ,NY and on Costco dot com. I have only had 2 bad experiences in all my years of membership. Coincidentally both bad experiences have occurred at the store in Morganville NJ. They have twice refused to honor price adjustments without a receipt, despite the fact Costco charges $110 for the privilege of shopping at their stores. Any Costco store can easily pull up your shopping history provided they have your membership number, and make the adjustment. For some reason this store does not value your patronage.They required me to go home and pay a toll and come back to the store with receipt in hand. For some reason, Costco dot com will credit my credit card without seeing a receipt as will Costco in Manahawkin, Edison, Sommerville, and Staten Island. In my opinion, this store is under poor management and I will not shop at this location again. I don't have to pay $110 yearly to be abused by store personnel at this store.
