I bought my bridesmaid dress from them 6 months before the wedding date and by the month of the wedding, I never got my dress. I called them every day for two months to get an update on where the dress was and they never gave me a real answer as to why the dress was lost. Never going back to them again. Nice people work there but I don't like how they handled this situation because it created more stress for the bride and for myself.
