I cannot understand why this bank does not consider the client's specimen signature on file. I walked under the scorching heat of the sun and skip my work a few hours just to file for the change of address. Unbelievably, Leah Bonfil or the girl who attended me, requires either my passport or my Drivers License ID. She even sarcastically said, usually the people here has a driver's license when I said I do not have. What if I don't have a license yet since I am an international student? It is not that easy! We cannot always bring the passport as well most of the time as it is not safe to do.This girl is really inconsiderate and definitely has no friendly approach. She just told me"I DO NOT KNOW YOU!She never even have options on how to attend to her client's needs.How come Ms.Kirsten(the best staff) have did it for me before? Also, I phone called the hotline before going there and I was never advised to bring any valid ID. Accordingly , all I have to do is to reflect my signature.
