Carl was with us when we pulled in the lot. He helped us through the process and now we have the van we wanted! He could nt have been nicer .... a good experience!

I recant my last review of Scott Cs Outlet! After Talking to and working with the owner, he agreed to buy back the car that I bought in December and put me into something more reliable! The car I bought in December was jus a bad apple. After today, I feel they came through and treated me fairly! Thanks Chad!

I do not recommend buying a car here!Their sales pitch is rock bottom prices....well thats because they are junk. Once they have your money, they could care less about you. I regret buying my car here! Ive had it less than months and been to the shop 3 times. Had to park my $20,000 lemon for 6 days after owning it 2 1/2 weeks because of a bad axle. Thank god it still had some factory warranty on it, because they cared less about it. We had an emergency in our family and no way to get there. Scott Cs was made aware of the situation and made NO attempt to make it right...refused to even rent us a car for the weekend....this was after them making thousands off the car we bought and thousands on the truck we traded! Im actually waiting now to see if they will buy it back and put us in something worth $20,000. I will let ya know how that turns out! Im not holding my breath! Go some place else people...u will be sorry if u dont!
