Dales Appliance repair is the worst i have ever done business with. I called about my refrigerator and stove. Dale said the electric connection was bad which come to find out that was a lie the problem was the circuit board a simple fix and he then told us he had fixed our refrigerator that we shouldnt have any more issues with it and charged us over 150.00 for the repair of the refrigerator three days later the same problem with the refrigerator started again my husband and i both have tried numerous time to get in contact with Dale and have never received a call back. I would never recommend Dales appliance repair to anyone. By far the worst service i have ever received.

As a long time homeowner (>20 years) I have encountered many repair services. Dales is by far the worst service repair experience I have ever had. Problems included: making initial contact with them, arranging a time for service, lack of communication from them about service time changes, and lack of clarity on charges. All together it was just a terribly disappointing experience.
