Founded in 1967, Morganfield Nursing & Rehabilitation provides long-term skilled nursing care and short-term rehabilitative solutions. It is a 60-bed facility that offers a full-continuum of inpatient and outpatient health care services. Located in Morganfield, Ky., the organization offers various nursing care programs, including post-operative, respiratory, renal disease, cancer recovery, and physical, occupational and speech therapy services, as well as respite, hospice and wound care services. In addition, it provides medical application assistance, case management, discharge planning, social activity program, dining menu, Internet access, laundry, and financial and insurance consulting services. The organization also offers card and dice games and holiday and birthday celebration services.
