Probably a great place to live but not traveler friendly. Stayed there August 5 - 12, 2013. Very expensive for what you get ($290+ per week). Small spaces and narrow roads (had to back out of a "pull-thru" space). Unstable power usually between 102 and 110 volts. At times could not use microwave and a/c without dropping to 100 volts. Probably a great place for permanent residents BUT not for serious RVer's.
