We are Burkhart Investment Group, an independent financial planning practice advising both corporate and individual retirement programs as a fiduciary. Based in Morgan Hill, California, we serve clients throughout California and the US. As an independent ERISA 3(38) fiduciary advisor, founder Bryan Burkhart is committed to acting in the best interest of each client or participant and partners with other fiduciary service advisors to manage much of the liability of corporate retirement plans. Employers can mitigate their fiduciary risk and spend less time managing the company 401(k) plan.
