• Residential Roof Replacement/Installation
  I obtained a report and estimates from Tip Top Roofing (TTR) back in early 2020 after being requested to do so by management and HOA Board at that time. This was after the Feb. 2019 storm. Tip Top Roofing and their team were out and did a thorough inspection, quite impressive. TTR stood out from others who would not take on the job due to the existing condition of the roof. The proposal of all 4 roofs is more cost efficient. I was very impressed, Steve Bowen is the owner of this company and very seasoned, award winning and very responsibly priced for his services and works closely with HOA's and their roof issues. TTR is an expert in restoration of roofs much older than ours and have been recognized and award winning for their work.
