Provided by YPmobileDon't waist your time with this dealership. I received a quote from Mo the "Internet Manager. They tried to add on an additional $1400 in fees, spoke with the boss and bottom line is they won't honor a price they quote! Dishonest and misleading. Seems to be a common scheme used by the Moss Bro Dealerships. Try somewhere else.

Provided by YP.comMoss Bros, Honda did some shaddy shiit to me, took a car down for a Catalytic converter replacement because the car was having systems to which the only solution the tech came up with plus that was the only code popping up P0420. also a valve adjustment The part for my particular year , make was very expensive over 1000 dollars , so the car sad on there yard for about 3 weeks before I decided to have them replace it , far as I know they handle that job I get in my car I drive off the lot, I live 10 miles away , soon as I reach my home I notice the car over heating to the MAX I look under the car and all water fluid is everywhere , I call them to they tow it back which they did and I was told that some pipe, or part was not put on properly we've fount the problem and we got it back ready to go , OK.. I get there SAME DAY.. Get the car drive off and 4 miles out I notice same thing, car over heating , I get home and SAME thing WATER FLUID trail up my driveway AGAIN. Now I'm a simple minded guy , FACTS, REASON and COINCIDENCE , Long story short it's out of there hands the didn't touch anything other than the CAT the car has high miles and you're on your own, WAIT all this in 1 day!!!, I just gave you 1235 DOLLARS yesterday NOW you wash your hands and HEY it happen on your watch, I was told in so many words,, JASON MOSS... this all happen 3/13/14 CAR NEVER HAD A LEAK Problem BEFORE!! until after it leaves your lot what the hell happen to the customer is always right, if it was a FIX that for some BS reason that you would think it was even close to being my fault , I would personally EAT THE COST , and take into consideration that hey this guy just trusted us , he did just spend 1200 bucks , it's NADA TO get the SITUATION under control, NOPE GTF outta here it's YOUR PROBLEM. that's JACKED UP

I will continue my business and l will refer others to the dealership as well! Its nice to know that there are some dealers that actually do care about their customers :)

Provided by YP.comI brought a friend in to have his 2012 Honda Civic traded in for a 2013 Honda Civic, and I ended up doing the same thing. I will be keeping this car for a long time. I have never traded in a car in one year and my car only had 8,200 miles on it when I traded it in. My trade in was in excellent condition, not even one scratch on the car. I keep the car in excellent condition because I really take care of my car and normally keep it for 10 plus years. My experience at Moss Bros. Honda was great. This is the 2nd car I purchased in 2 years and the staff at Moss treated me with the best customer service. Nelson was great and I had the opportunity to know him a little more than just a salesman. He is wonderful. Zack worked so hard to make such a great deal for my friend and he made the same great deal for me. Therese is wonderful, and she has a beautiful smile. You are very blessed to have all these great people working for your company, and I am Blessed to know that you really care for your customers. I will definitely come back to Moss Bros. to buy my next car and I will tell all my friends about your wonderful company.

I love my old Honda, and I'm sure I'll love my new Honda for many, many years. And when it comes time to purchase a new car, I'll go there first !

Provided by YP.comMy experience at Moss was amazing! Less than 5 minutes for an approval on a credit check and the whole buying process took about 1.5 hr!! I really liked not waiting for a long time so I would recommend Moss Bros for a great car and awesome service!

Provided by YP.comThis is the 5th car I have purchased from the Moss Bros Auto Group and the 3rd one specifically from the Moreno Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge store. I've always had a super-pleasant buying experience with them. The General Manager, Dave Oley, is a great guy and really strives to make his customers happy. I've typically dealt with Richard Chew when I've purchased. He's always very professional and has always helped me get the payments and terms that fit my budget. I recommend them to all of my friends looking to buy a car and they've always taken care of them in the same way they take care of me. They've always gone above and beyond to make me happy - whether that's in sales or when I go to their service department. Everyone is very friendly and seems genuinely appreciative of my business. It's also very convenient that they have so many different brands represented in the same location as a ton of used cars. Thanks Moss Bros for once again taking care of me yesterday and helping me buy yet another new car from Moss!
