Needed car diagnosis and repair while on Vacation. Master Tech was recommended to me by a local lady. Best recommendation ever ! Great from the time I arrived & later that day driving away ! They treated me as if I was a family member (one that they liked ) and the price of repair had no surprises and very reasonable ! Can't imagine anyone using any other place if they live near. Being from Va. I won't be a frequent customer but I sure would be if I lived local ! Sue
I spent a couple of days at Morehead City and my car was in need of costly repair . I had heard of this Company called Mastertech and so I tried them I saved about $856.98. They were nice and saved me a bundle of money which I am not use to. You are crazy if you go anywhere else at the beach. They also got me out in time to return home! this shop is one of the best shops ive delt with in a while...my companys have been getting the repos done their for years an didnt really know them....their up front people and know what their doing...sure they make mistakes we all do they have a good working relationship an do what they say.....i took my car to both of my cars to them and this last time i was in a bad way with another shop in hurbert nc....that didnt do what they say....i just put a new trannie in supra a 4l80e auto that i took to the other shop that charged 600 or more to wire my trannie they wired an sayed my trannie was bad... nothing wrong with it ..and john said he works on wiring and trannies ...what this other bad shop took 2months and alot of running around an didnt fix what they said was wrong john at master tech took few hours and found a wire was needing to be fixed it fixed my trannie i have the trannie shifting now....you can talk to them an they take the time to explain to you and will tell you and keep you up to date...very helpful on automotive needs theve done mybe over 300 repos plus now i know you can trust them......the best in town in trouble shooting thanks for reading....their not the biggest...but the best ive used....
I thought I would never get my car fixed because of how expensive it would be. I was referred to Master Tech by some of my coworkers because of their service and great prices. They were right!! Their customer service was above my expectations and it was less expensive than I thought it would be. I really appreciate all of the hard work that went into my car.
