I will never go back to this Urgent Care Center if Dr. Anderson is there. He is rude and unprofessional and lacks patient skills. He did not treat me for the problem I went in for and treated me as if I was a drug addict. I have never been so humiliated in my life. He talked about what I should do without examining me and spoke negative of the pharmacy when I told him which one I used. Had he spent time to talk to me he would have known what I went in for instead of a condition I had been seen for about two years before in the Havelock location. I would not recommend that anyone go there if you want to get professional care if he is on duty. He needs to learn patient relationship skills. I am a paying patient with insurance and have a choice of where to be seen and it will not be there again.

Hours of operation need to be available. At least have hours of operation on an answer machine when dialing Beachcare after hours. It is very frustrating to live out of town and not be able to prepare arrival in a timely matter when you have a dire situation.
