very professional, courteous, and comprehensive. explained the systems and followed up as promised.
Have used Four Season before and in this particular incidence had a new heat pump installed. Greg, Cole, and Scott were informative and highly competent and professional. Did a check back the next day to make certain all was functioning properly. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

My heating system went out during a very cold week. I called Four Seasons and they got someone out very quickly. My thermostat was out and not in stock. I was given a temporary controller until my thermostat came. Once it was available, I received a call to set up a time. The technician came out and replaced it in no time. I was billed with the warranty price and able to make payments. I was very impressed. The office staff were very polite and friendly. Thanks Four Seasons.
