This apartment complex is managed very poorly with little concern for tenants or their concerns. I have had water in my unit on 3 different occasions; they take about 3 days to get anyone over to correct the issues. All water issues have come from broken washing machines up stairs or from faulty foundation issues where water comes in from the outside. The last time I had 2 inches of water in my place and no fans were brought in for 3 days even after several phone calls. The washer and dryer are are old, dirty and they take a long time to dry. The dryer takes 3 cycles for a normal size load to dry. There have been letters for all tenants to move their vehicles after a storm so the plows can move all the snow from the parking lot (which is a fantastic idea) but when you do they don't plow the parking spaces anyways so whats the point. Very dissatisfied since we moved in, I'm glad I'm deploying to Afghanistan because I'm sure even in a forward position conditions would be better.

Do not move in here. They don't plow the parking lot in a timely manner, It is loud and they don't get things repaired. The washer and dryer are money suckers.
