      I signed up for service in June to start when my other service ended August 3rd, still waiting for them to show up and complete this task and to day I have no phone, my business requires phone service. Still waiting for internet service which an appointment was made one week ago, each and every time they do not show I call and find out what is happening and get a salesman that says what?!? let me take care of that, still no service. I am shopping elsewhere.

      702 Communications is the worst internet and cable provider I have ever had. The internet works sporadically and the cable programming will not work if it is raining outside. Their customer service has no idea how to help you when you call. They just say things like "Yeah we have been having problems today" and "someone is working on it now" they don't actually send someone out to fix the problem even if you've had no internet for a week. I would never recommend 702 Communications to anyone. I can see an occasional problem here and there, but the amount of time that their cable and internet doesn't work is ridiculous.
