If this is an emergency clinic, why are they closed through the holiday??

Minus 5 stars... They claim to be an Emergency Dental Clinic. I called at 3pm on a Friday and the girl told me they were closed because they didn't have any patients scheduled.... WTF??? I'll remember that next time I know in advance that I'm going to have an EMERGENCY!!! (Sarcasm)

scheduled my appointment within a week of me calling. Very nice doctors. clean and friendly environment. Would recommend

RATING IS MINUS 2 stars.....my first visit was fine. they did xrays and i saw the dentist who was very nice. she told me my options and the cost. I don't have insurance and was unemployed at the time, so I was unable to have my tooth pulled and they gave me antibiotics and a pain killer and she told me if I needed more antibiotics, I could call back and she would call me more in to the pharmacy..and that I could do that for up to 6 months. I am a week and a half out from being able to get the tooth pulled, but it is infected, so I called and was told I would have to come back in for an evaluation( at another $65.) even though it's only been 3 months. I don't appreciate being lied to., the receptionist change the "POLICY" 3 times while I was on the phone with her.. I won't go back, and won't recommend anymore. If you want a good dentist ( who takes medicaid as well) Go see Dr.s PATEL (husband and wife) on the corner of TALBERT and 150... They are caring, gentle, and VERY good. and they won't LIE and change Policies mid sentence.

I broke a tooth on a Wed evening and had only one day to find a dentist asap (most are closed Fridays!) EDC-LkeNrmn saw me same day I called (Thurs morning) without an appt - gave me a quick evaluation, explained everything to me, then helped me out right away. The establishment was clean; staff professional and helpful. Doctor explained everything up front. Very caring when tending to my immediate needs, informed me of future dental needs and options and considerate of my budget not doing unnecessary pocedures. Great cost value for emergency visit. I wouldn't hestitate to recommend or return. They did an excellent job!!
