In last May, I went to see a doctor in Virtua Garden State Pulmonary Associates in 110 Marter Ave #508, Moorestown, NJ for my shortness in breath. It was nothing urgent, but just something I would like the doctor to diagnose the cause of it. The doctor saw me for about 5 minutes, and told me he could not do anything because "the technician who could only perform certain tests" was out that day. He asked me to go back another time for tests that could only be performed by that technician. I was not so happy about it at that time already because if they could not perform any tests and it was necessary for any pulmonary patients, then they should have rescheduled for me.
