stopped in at the Moore store this morning. while I was walking to the register to check out, I was passed by a couple with 2 dogs, on leashes. When I got to the register, I asked 2 cashiers (one was a head cashier) if it was standard policy to let pets (dogs) in the store. their response was yes, they do it all the time. When I expressed a concern about possible bite issues, and the possible liability issues, both of the cashiers laughed at me. When I told them that believed I was voicing a legitimate concern for my safety, and others in the store, and that it was not humorous, they continued to laugh. At that point, I told them to cancel my sale, and I would shop elsewhere. This experience left a bitter aftertaste, and I think that further instruction in customer relations would be in order.
