Gentle Transitions Hospice is a locally and family owned hospice agency in Central Texas. We provide quality end-of-life care for patients and their families. We service a 60-mile radius of Waco-Temple-Killeen, Texas. We provide skilled nursing care, physician oversight, social workers, chaplains, certified nursing assistants, and volunteers for our hospice patients. We are proud to serve our local Veterans as well, as we are contracted with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
