I can understand that you could be upset with that kind of service, but why hold such high expectations on the opening night of a brand new business? It was also extremely busy on the opening night, with cars lining the surrounding streets due to a lack of parking space. In this town, there isn't much going on, especially with businesses other than package stores. I wouldn't blame them if they didn't expect such a large turn out. I'd say give the business a chance to smooth out all the wrinkles before you start critiquing. Give it another shot :PS - - please do not walk out with out paying your bill :/ It's incredibly rude and shows poor character.

Ever hear the expression "Puckering up to get kissed, and not getting kissed"... I went to this new restaurant with high expectations. A "Barbecue" restaurant in my neighborhood was huge! There was no place to get decent food around here. I ordered a "Pulled Pork Sandwich" that was supposed to come with fries.($9.95) I also ordered a coke. ($2.50 no refill offered). Can you say "portion control"? The plate was served and it looked like someone ate half my french fries. There were exactly 13 fries on the plate. The pork sandwich was very small with a dollup of cole slaw on top. The pork was ice cold, (???) not sure if that is the intended norm. The best Barbecue places I've ever been to, have heaping portions of meat as opposed to what I was served here. For ten bucks, they could have put more than 3 or 4 ounces of meant on the bun. In Monson Maine, there is a Barbecue p;ace to die for. Belly buster sandwiches. This owner here is the owner of another bar I've tried and gave up on.
