I am a double board-certified cardiologist with over 25 years of experience caring for people with heart disease. After working for many years to diagnose and treat heart disease, I now focus mainly on prevention. I am passionate about helping people prevent and reverse heart disease so they can enjoy a long, fulfilling life in good health. I help people through preventive cardiology services, health coaching, courses, education, and community.
